Best Time to Post on Mastodon and in the Fediverse
Generic tables with "the best time" say little, because every audience lives differently. FediSuite shows you when people actually respond on your account, calculated from your own posts.

The heatmap for your account
The heatmap shows the average performance of your posts by weekday and hour. The brighter a cell, the stronger the response at that time. FediSuite treats time slots with too few posts cautiously, so a single outlier does not produce a recommendation.
The question is not when the Fediverse as a whole is active, but when the people who follow you respond.
When you post and when it works
Besides the response, FediSuite shows when you actually published. The comparison reveals whether you post at the times your audience is around, or out of habit at the wrong hour.
Good time slots right in the calendar
In the week view of the content calendar, FediSuite marks the time slots in which a single account has so far achieved above-average net reach, with text and a symbol rather than colour alone. This only happens with enough data and a stricter threshold, because many slots are tested at once.
Schedule posts for the best time
Scheduling works for several accounts and platforms at once. You write the post once, pick the date, and FediSuite publishes at the planned time.
Frequently asked questions
When is the best time to post on Mastodon?
There is no universal time, it depends on your audience. FediSuite analyzes your own posts by weekday and hour and shows the times with the strongest response.
How many posts do I need for reliable posting times?
The more the better. FediSuite treats time slots with too little data cautiously and does not mark them as good.
Is the analysis done per account?
Yes. Each account has its own heatmap, because different accounts reach different people.
Can I publish automatically at the best time?
You schedule the post for a time of your choice and FediSuite publishes it then. You choose the time based on the heatmap.
